My Recent Mini Haul from Himalaya

Hey everyone,

I know its been long since I have posted on the blog due to some personal reasons, but I would like to thank you all for supporting and following the blog which in turn reminds me of hosting a giveaway soon.

Recently I got a little skincare stuff from Himalaya. We all know that Himalaya is a natural brand that offers different skincare and body care products. What I really love about them is that they are easy to use, give great results yet on a budget.

So let get on what I bought from the Himalaya store recently-

Processed with VSCO with a5 preset

  1. Himalaya Refreshing Cleansing Milk-

This was a repurchase. I like using this when I skin looks extremely tired and dull. Just take a little of it on a cotton swab and clean your face with it and then wash with plain water. You will see how it removes the dirt and oiliness from the skin so effectively.

2.  Himalaya Cocoa Butter Intensive Body Lotion-

I have used this before and this was a repurchase again. It is a very soft textured cocoa butter lotion and the best part is that it has a mild fragrance. Though it takes a little time to absorb but the skin feels soft after applying it

3. Himalaya Orange Face Scrub-

Honestly I will be using this for the first time. Recently I feel my face has got a bit of tanning so I picked this up. Will definitely review this after using it .

4. Himalaya Orange Peel Off Mask-

I am really fond of  this product and this is my third tube that I have purchased. I had an impression that peel off masks are messy  so I avoided using them, but this changed my entire perception of it . A definite must try. Review coming up soon.

In all , I got these products so that’s a mini haul from Himalaya. Do comment below and let us know what would you like to purchase from this brand.

Neutrogena Hand Cream Review

5 Oct

Hello everyone,

The weather in Pune keeps on changing all the while so does my skincare routine. Somedays its raining here, sometimes the days are hot and nights are cooler. Recently I bought some stuff of Neutrogena from a local store in which I purchased this Neutrogena Hand Cream which I wil be reviewing today.

Lets see what the company claims about it-
This clinically proven, highly concentrated formula rapidly heals dry hands. It noticeably improves the look and feel of your skin. Hands feel soft and smooth after just one application.
⦁ Long-lasting
⦁ Glycerin-rich
⦁ Concentrated
⦁ Available in Original and Fragrance-free

How to use the product-
Apply a dab and smooth onto hands as needed throughout the day.

Price – Rs 300

My Review on Neutrogena Hand Cream-
To start with,I love using different sort of hand creams, especially the ones which have amazing fragnance and are light weight to use. This hand cream is a bit different from others. It looks like a gel when removed from the tube, but gets easily absorbed in the skin.It comes in a small white tube with the details printed on it. On applying the hand cream on your hands, it feels a bit greasy. It takes time to settle down, and once its settled completely, my hands feel really smooth and silky. I apply the cream on my hands, elbows and even knees once a day and it does an amazing job. It is very handy and easy to use, so I carry it with me without any hassle.

To conclude with, I would give it a full score as it is such a brilliant product. I am definitely addicted to it. I would recommend this for extremely dry hands.
Do let me know , if you have tried it and what’s your take on it?

Garnier White Complete Multi Action Fairness Cream Review

18 Aug

Hello everyone,

In my last post, I had reviewed Garnier White Complete Fairness Face Wash which is a really good product. You can check the post here. Today I will be reviewing the Garnier White Complete Multi Action Fairness Cream which is a part of Garnier Complete White range. I had taken part in the #7DayGarnierChallenge and used them.

About the Product-
Enriched with natural ingredients, this formula provides instant whitening and long lasting fairness. Your skin looks even, feels fresh and moisturized with a natural glow.
Multi Action fairness cream for glowing skin :
1.Instant Whitening – provides instant whitening
2.Sun Protection with SPF 19 PA+++ – Protects skin from further darkening by harmful UVA and UVB sun rays
3.Long Lasting Fairness – Fairer skin over time with regular usage

My Review on this Stuff-
This cream comes in a white tub which is handy and easy to use. It is a white cream based product which when applied on face takes a little time to absorb. The texture is creamy and thick and the cream absorbs well. It contains Speed White Serum technology and Lemon Essence which are known as brightening agents. It also has UV filters which protect the skin from UV rays. Coming to what the company claims, it does give an instant glow to my face and makes the skin smooth and even. The good thing about this product is that it contains SPF , so there is no need for me to apply a sunscreen again. The effect lasts for a good 5 to 6 hours on my face. I use this as my day cream as it contains SPF.

Overall, I really recommend using the Garnier White Complete Range. Both the face wash and cream are worth trying.
