Stay Fit with these Fitness Apps

Being fit seems to be the priority of every individual in today’s world. We go to gym for a workout , walk about an hour daily and eat healthy.. There’s so much to do for all the fitness freaks. But what about the days you cannot go for a workout or have no time for it or too lazy to do it basically. That’s when technology plays a role. Today I will be listing down my personal favourite fitness apps for you which can be used anywhere and at anytime. These apps can be downloaded on your Smartphone and can be easily used.

1) Pedometer

No time for those tedious workouts?? Prefer a walk instead, then this ones for you. This app is my go to app as I use it daily. You can count your steps and monitor your calories burned and the distance covered on this app.You can pause it any point of time and resume it again. It also has basic tabs for resetting the count whenever you want. Totally handy and easy to use…

2) My Calorie Counter

 

Interesting name?? Isn’t it.. I am a complete foodie and the word calorie is something I never cared about until I really wanted to lose weight. Keeping a track of eating within 1200 calories is difficult. So My Calorie Counter helps me in tracking the calorie count. Initially when you install this app from Google Play store, you have to sign up with some basic details. After logging in, they ask for your basic goal , I wanted to lose weight. It is a very simple and basic app but remembering and updating what I ate the entire day is a bit difficult . So I keep on updating it meal wise. The best part is they give you personalized plan of calorie intake according to your height and weight. So go ahead and install this.. Its a great app..

Fitbit is an app which can be used with Fitbit Surge, Charge HR, Charge, Flex, One or Zip tracker with your Android device. You can connect the app with these and track daily goals , exercise regime, manage calories. The best part to stay motivated is to compete with your friends and this app allows you to do that. So its fun using this app always.

4) Nike+ Running

Superb app launched by Nike. We all love Nike shoes and their designs, don’t we?? So this app tracks your run and reach your goals basically. You can track your progress and stay motivated. In this app, you can also get some training programs, set reminders and stay fit.

5 )Fat Burning Lose Weight Loss

An app with exercises and regime to lose weight. Yes, that’s what it is. If you feeling lazy to go to gym, you can try the exercises from here. These exercises can be performed anywhere and at anytime. There are different set of routines which target fat in all the important parts of the body. Such an appropriate one to lose weight and sweat it out..

All these apps are mostly available for the Iphone too. There are definitely many other health and fitness apps, but there ones are my favourites??

    I use a fitness tracker which does most of these. I find it easy to access the things I need in one area itself.
